Erin Madsen is a certified and licensed massage therapist and set to graduate from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine's Holistic Health Sciences program in December 2016. She holds memberships from AOBTA, ABMP, AMTA along with the IARP. She enjoys using Swedish Circulatory, Deep Tissue, Chinese Tui Na, Thai and Neuromuscular massage modalities, but her passion is for Thai Massage. She loves the meditative state it offers and when coupled with specific stretches and movements of the body, it creates the ultimate healing for any client.
Erin has been drawn to massage from an early age. Being very active in dance since she was 4 years old, she knows how injuries can hinder an athlete's performance. Coupled with the dance and flexibility background, she is also a natural intuitive healer. She loves to include Reiki energy work and other spirit-body connection modalities in her work. She strongly believes that your "issues are in your tissues" and has deep empathy for those who desire to care for themselves both physically and spiritually and is committed to soulful and physical healing one person at a time.
When she's not helping her clients, you can find her swinging from a silk or learning a crazy move on the pole in her aerial and pole fitness classes along with shaking it on the dance floor and stretching her body into different shapes on the yoga mat. She also enjoys hanging out with her life coach boyfriend, wandering through nature, meditating, and eating chocolate. She is excited to be a part of the Pacific Center and its team of healers.
